As a licensed Realtor, I am able to show you any home on the market regardless of the listing agent or agency. I will educate you about the many facets of purchasing a home such as understanding the market, providing up to date info about listings, how to become a pre-approved buyer an more.

With the busy lives we all live today, I promise I will be a good listener and not waste your time showing properties you have no interest in! I want to work exclusively with you, so I know what you’ve looked at, what you liked and what you didn’t like. My commitment to Sellers is to be a good listener. I want to understand your needs, timeframes and financial goals.

Give me a call and I will schedule an appointment to meet with you personally and visit about your intentions and details regarding your home. I will then begin to collect information about comparable properties that have sold recently and your potential competition. Then we will meet again to discuss the findings and determine if you want to get your house on the market, and how we will proceed with the transition.

I will be conscientious that your life style maybe interrupted while your house is on the market. I will work diligently to get your home sold and actively to find you the new home you are looking for. Selling your home and moving to another should be an adventure.
